Season After Season,
the SPS Way.
We started with koi ponds and water features, and these days we are growing into full outdoor property care across Southeastern Pennsylvania. Real care built around your property, not some generic checklist we run on everybody.
Full-Service Pond Care
From netting and fall closings to regular maintenance, we care for koi ponds and water features across Southeastern PA. Call to discuss the work your pond needs.
Ponds Are Our Craft. Your Property Is the Bigger Picture.
We built our name on koi ponds and water features, and that is still the heart of what we do. Now we are growing into the rest of your outdoor property, so the same crew you already trust can look after more of it. One call, one team, the SPS Way.

A Property Crew That Actually Shows Up
Local crews, steady work, and a straight answer about what your property needs. Season after season. That is the SPS way.
We Fix the Cause, Not the Symptom
Green water and algae are signs something is off. We go after what is actually causing it, so you are not fighting the same thing month after month.
The Same Crew, Every Visit
One local team gets to know your property and stays with it. No call centers, no rotating subcontractors you have never met.
You Always Know What Is Going On
What is scheduled, what we did, what your pond needs next. Every visit comes with a simple rundown. No guesswork.
What Clients Say
Real reviews from pond owners we have worked with, straight from Google.
Schedule Your Fall Service
Call about pond netting, leaf cleanup, or a pond closing. Have your address and the work you need ready so we can talk through the visit.
