Brandon Stone

Owner

Brandon has been working with ponds and water features since 2021. Starting with Practical Garden Ponds Contracting Division, Brandon continued to increase his role with the company through the years. In 2023, Brandon agreed to acquire the division from Practical Garden Ponds and start a new company named Stone Pond Solutions (Now Stone Property Solutions). Brandon and his wife, Mackenzie have been married since 2021. In 2025, they welcomed their first-born, River William Stone.

David Krull

Lead Property Technician

David started his career with SPS in 2026 and has been a wonderful addition to our team. He has a BS in Biology with a specialization in marine and aquatic ecosystems from Bowling Green State University His hometown is Buffalo, NY but currently resides in Wilmington, DE. David has a background in the aquarium space and will continue to take our company to the next level.
