This policy explains what information Stone Property Solutions collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this simple and we do not sell your information. This policy covers this website. Our mobile and client app has its own policy, see the App Privacy Policy.

Information we collect

We only collect what we need to respond to you and do the work:

What you send us through forms. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, the service you are asking about, your message, and any photos of your pond or property you choose to attach.
Job applications. If you apply through our Careers page, we collect your name, contact details, the position, your message, and your resume.
Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to understand how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

How we use it

To respond to your request and schedule and provide service.
To review job applications and contact applicants.
To understand and improve how the website is performing.

How we store it and who can see it

Form submissions and applications are stored securely with the service providers that run our site and tools, including Supabase (database and file storage), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and Resend (sending us email notifications). Resumes are kept in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only with these providers who help us operate, and when required by law.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email brandon@stonepropertysolutions.com and we will take care of it.

Children

This website is meant for adults arranging property services. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
