How we handle the information you share with us, on this website and in the SPS Way app.

This policy explains how Stone Property Solutions handles information, both through this website and through our SPS Way mobile and web app. We keep it plain, we do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Our Website
When you use this website, we only collect what we need to respond to you and do the work:
- What you send us through forms. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email, the service you are asking about, your message, and any photos of your pond or property you choose to attach.
- Job applications. If you apply through our Careers page, we collect your name, contact details, the position, your message, and your resume.
- Basic, privacy-friendly analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see how many people visit and which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.
The SPS Way App
SPS Way is our mobile and web app. Customers use it to view their service history, invoices, and photos and to request service. Our staff use it to manage routes, complete visits, and run day-to-day operations. Accounts are created by us, so there is no public sign-up. The app collects:
- Contact and account info. Name, email, phone number, and service address, used to identify you, schedule and deliver service, and stay in touch.
- Service records. Visit history, water test results, treatments and parts used, notes, and photos of your property or equipment.
- Location (staff only, while working). When a team member is on a job, the app uses their device location to show customers a live arrival time and to plan efficient routes. It is collected only while the app is in use, and it stops when the job is done. We do not track staff location off the clock.
- Billing info. Invoice amounts, balances, and payment status, used to bill for service and track payments.
We do not collect or store payment card numbers. Card and online payments are processed by QuickBooks (Intuit) through their secure checkout, and we receive only whether an invoice was paid.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your request and to schedule, perform, document, and bill for service.
- To notify customers when a technician is on the way, has arrived, or has finished a visit.
- To review job applications and contact applicants.
- To create staff timesheets and process payroll.
- To understand and improve how the website and app perform.
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Who Helps Us Run Things
We share information only with the service providers that help us operate, and only as needed to provide these features:
- Supabase for secure database and file storage.
- Vercel for website hosting and privacy-friendly analytics.
- QuickBooks (Intuit) for invoicing and secure payment processing.
- Google Maps Platform for maps, directions, and route optimization.
- Resend for sending app and invoice emails.
- Our SMS provider for sending text-message notifications to customers.
- Gusto for staff time tracking and payroll.
Each provider handles data under its own terms. Resumes are kept in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible. We do not sell or rent your information, and we share it only with these providers and when required by law.
How Long We Keep It
We keep information for as long as your account is active and as long as we need it to provide service, meet our legal and tax obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
Security
Access to your information requires a signed-in account, and data is sent over encrypted connections and stored with our providers' security protections. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.
Your Choices
You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Just email brandon@stonepropertysolutions.com and we will take care of it. Staff can stop location sharing at any time by clocking out, and you can turn off location permission in your device settings, though some features will not work without it.
Children
Our website and app are meant for adults arranging or providing property services. They are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes to This Policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
