Our services
Stone Property Solutions provides outdoor property care across Southeastern Pennsylvania, led by our pond services, with additional divisions added over time. The exact work, schedule, and price are agreed with each client before we start.
Quotes and estimates
Quotes are based on the information you give us and the condition of your pond or property. If we find something different once we are on site, we will talk it through with you and confirm the scope before doing the work. Estimates are not final bills.
Scheduling and access
We will agree on timing with you. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area, including gates, pets secured, and a clear path. Weather and water conditions can affect scheduling, and we will keep you posted if a visit needs to move.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in your quote or invoice. Recurring care plans are billed on the schedule we agree to. Please reach out right away if you have a question about a charge.
Cancellations and changes
Need to reschedule or change a plan? Just contact us. We ask for reasonable notice so we can adjust the route and offer the slot to someone else.
Standard of work and liability
We take real care of your property and stand behind our work. That said, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, issues we were not hired to address, or problems caused by factors outside our control such as weather, wildlife, or equipment we did not install or maintain. Nothing here limits any rights you have that cannot be limited under law.
