This policy explains how the Stone Property Solutions app (our mobile and web app for our team and our clients) collects and uses information. It is separate from our website privacy policy. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who uses the app
The app is used by our own staff to run jobs in the field, and by authorized clients to follow their service. You sign in to use it, so most information is tied to a known account.
Information the app collects
- Account information. Name and email used to sign in and identify you in the app.
- Location (staff only, while working). When a team member is clocked in, the app uses device location to show a live job map, give clients an accurate arrival time and ETA, and plan efficient routes. Location is collected only while clocked in and working. Clocking out stops it. We do not track staff location off the clock.
- Time and job records. Clock in and out times for timesheets, plus job details, scheduling, service notes, and any photos taken for a job.
- Client and billing details. Client contact information, service addresses, and invoice and payment records needed to schedule work and bill correctly.
How we use it
- To schedule, route, and complete jobs.
- To show clients live arrival and ETA for their visit.
- To create timesheets and process payroll.
- To prepare invoices and keep accurate business records.
Services that help run the app
We use trusted providers to operate the app, and information is shared with them only to provide these features:
- Supabase for secure data and file storage.
- Google Maps for mapping, routing, and ETAs.
- Gusto for timesheets and payroll.
- QuickBooks for invoicing and accounting.
- Resend for sending notification emails and messages.
Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, and we share it only with these providers and when required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to run the business and meet legal and tax requirements. You can ask us to access or delete your information, see below.
Security
Access to app data is restricted to authorized accounts, and information is stored with our providers using their security protections.
Children
The app is a business tool for staff and clients. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Your choices
To request access to your information, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete your account and data, email brandon@stonepropertysolutions.com. Staff can stop location sharing at any time by clocking out.
Changes to this policy
If we change how the app handles information, we will update this page and the date above.
